Julia Buthmann – Logistics and “Family Business“

Julia came to us in 2014 as a trained clerk for forwarding and logistics services. A year later she met the love of her life on the paper machine. And again, one year later, their daughter was born. 4 other colleagues were pregnant at the same time and went on parental leave with her. “That was a real baby year,” she says. "The company really supported us at this time."

Julia has been working part-time again for us since 2018. As often as possible, she comes to work on her bicycle and is always happy when she is picked up by her husband and daughter. “My husband” she says, “which is actually not quite right, because they are not YET married. "The marriage proposal is still outstanding", she reveals mischievously. Then she could even say that her sister-in-law and father-in-law also work for Feldmuehle. Her husband's father and sister are employed here as well as her own sister Katja, who just celebrated her 25th company anniversary. A real family business - in the truest sense of the word.
