Information Insolvency Proceedings

Feldmuehle has implemented all necessary steps to maintain business operations during the preliminary proceedings.

On 01.08.2025, the insolvency proceedings under self-administration will commence as planned. As in the preliminary self-administration proceedings, the management will continue to be responsible for all operational processes, including financial management, under the supervision of the court-appointed administrator Andreas Romey.

In recent weeks, management has reached reliable agreements with our stakeholders, including energy suppliers, insurance companies, suppliers of raw and auxiliary materials, and service providers. Just-in-time delivery is running smoothly, enabling us to continue to fulfil our customer orders on time and with the usual high quality.

We are currently receiving a great deal of support from our customers – whether in the form of orders, where we are currently seeing a positive trend, flexibility or encouraging feedback. This shows us that we continue to enjoy their trust. We would like to express our sincere thanks for this.

In parallel with operational stabilisation, we are working intensively on cost reduction and structural realignment of the company. Our goal is to make Feldmuehle sustainably competitive and future-proof.

We are currently carrying out maintenance work on the technical equipment and infrastructure, and we will restart production at the end of next week as planned.
